Express to Patient Delivery*

We know times are uncertain right now and to help adjust to a new normal we are delivering staple products from skincare to PPE, direct to the doorstep of your patients.

On DigitRx and Express checkout

There will be a new pop-up asking you where would you like your order to be delivered when you land into your shopping basket on Express checkout and in your prescription pad on DigitRx. Simply select delivery to patient address and we will take care of the rest!

For email, fax or phone orders

Follow these 3 steps

1. Email, fax or call us with your order

2. Request via phone or specify “deliver to patient” on the relevant prescriptions.

3. The requested items will be dispatched to your patient's address.

In line with this, we will be spreading a bit of happiness by including a complimentary gift from you to your patient.

*We can only accept one prescription for a named patient per order. Excludes fridge-line and injectable items. T&C's apply and are available on request.

CHANGE IN OPENING HOURS AND ORDER CUT OFF TIMES

Due to the supply chain and operation delays caused by COVID-19 and to keep in line with the latest Government guidelines, we have made some temporary changes which comes into immediate effect. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Loughborough Branch & Online: OPEN. We are still open but with reduced opening hours of 09:00 - 17:30. The DigitRx cut off time for all next day orders is 16:30. For manual orders, the cut off time for all next day orders is 15:30.

London Branch: CLOSED. We are now temporarily closed and we will be operating on a mail-order basis only until further notice.

Some remote areas within Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth and other towns may be restricted to Standard (1 to 3 day) delivery or Next day by 1:30pm unless a same-day delivery option is requested in time. The order cut-off times may also vary and is always best for you to order online for up to date delivery services available to you. Third-party courier policies and services can change without notice and so please check with us if you reside within any remote or rural areas.

The order cut-off time for Non-DigitRx clients is 3:30pm Monday to Friday. For DigitRx clients the order cut off time is 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however if your order total is over £495 (excluding delivery and VAT) then you would benefit for an extended 4:30pm order cut off time Monday to Friday.

Deliveries on a standard or on a next day before 1:30pm service for orders over £550 (excluding VAT), between Monday to Friday, are free of charge.

"Days" are classified as working days Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified.

"Cut off time" is classified as the latest time when we can accept your order for next working day delivery.

Unless otherwise specified or requested, all orders received and paid for by the cut-off time* (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays and UK Public Holidays) will be dispatched to reach the confirmed delivery address according to the type of carriage selected at the time of order. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed for dispatch the next working day. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the address for delivery EVERY time an order is placed. Unless otherwise specified or requested, chilled medicines will be dispatched by a third party courier to arrive the next working day anytime between 7.00am to 1:30pm. Over 98% of packets dispatched using these services will arrive on time the following day, but inevitably there are times when the third party couriers fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, Church Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery. All deliveries need to be signed for and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure there is someone to take delivery. We cannot specify delivery times other than within the range of the paid timed deliveries above. If a courier provides you with a more specific delivery time via email/sms, this should be taken as a guide only and this is the courier’s responsibility to ensure timed delivery, not Church Pharmacy.

Fridge-lines for Saturday, Sunday and Monday delivery can only be dispatched on a Friday upon the express written/ emailed/ faxed instruction of the buyer and entirely at their own risk. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the buyer must arrange collection of the fridge-line items with the courier from the local courier depot or collection point while the items are still within refrigeration temperature. Depots are not usually open all day on the weekend and you must call the depot first and take the required ID when collecting a parcel. International orders with fridge-line items are only dispatched Monday to Wednesday (excluding Bank Holidays) unless we receive a specific request in writing by email/fax.

Church Pharmacy will not be held liable for “Pickup” orders placed for delivery to remote rural areas (such as Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth) or to be received on weekends and/or public and national holidays as they are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays. Fridge-line orders must be collected on the same day as delivery to the requested pick up location. Orders that have failed to be collected within a 7 day period will be returned to the sender. Once you have submitted your order, it will not be possible to change the pickup location.
