Why can I not order LMX and Emla as stock?

Emla and LMX are P-Meds, therefore these can only be ordered on a named patients prescription.

Do you offer a credit account straight away?

Unfortunately we do not offer credit accounts as soon as you register with us. We can only offer a credit account once you have built up a 3 month order history, only then can we send you a credit application form to complete.

I have no utility bills in my name – is there anything else I can provide for my Reg01/Reg02 application?

If you do not have any utility bills in your name please contact verify@churchpharmacy.co.uk for assistance.

How do I re-set my pin for Digitrx?

To reset your personal 4-digit PIN, please call our Customer Services team on 01509 357300, we will need to confirm a few security questions with yourself. It is a gentle reminder that the original 4-digit PIN was sent to your registered mobile number on your account, you may still have this.

Where do I send my original prescriptions to?

All original prescriptions can be posted to No.7 Prince William Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5GU
