How do I send my orders?

For prescription orders, we will need a copy of the prescription(s) sent to us to process the order; the original paper copy will also need to be received within 72 hours. If you don't have a prescription template – or are unsure of the details required on a prescription – please download our private prescription template from the Resources page, which can be found under the Ordering guidelines tab.

You then have a choice of how to submit your prescription to us:

You will first need to complete our Reg01 form, which is designed for fraud prevention. After a verification process, your account will be activated for DigitRx and you can begin to create DigitRx orders immediately.

Our most efficient system, DigitRx allows you to create your prescriptions online, ensuring that you do not have to post original prescriptions. You can find out more about DigitRx, and how to sign up, here.

Express Checkout
If you are registered with us on the website, you can then use your prescription to place a pre-order. Simply log on, go to the Shop page and choose your products. You then have the opportunity to upload a scanned copy of your prescription, choose your preferred carriage option and submit your payment details. If ordering through this method, we will need to receive an original paper copy of a prescription within 72 hours of placing your order.

How do I open an account?

To open your account, you need to register on our website. Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent an email providing you with your new Church Pharmacy account number. Remember to keep your password and username stored in a safe place.

What are your customer services opening hours?

Our customer services team are available Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, UK bank holidays and UK public holidays.

Where is Church Pharmacy based?

We are based at Order Line Ltd T/A Church Pharmacy, 7 Prince William Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5GU, United Kingdom. Customers can collect private prescriptions and stock orders directly from us at the pharmacy, but we do also offer a wide range of delivery options.

What is your cut off time for same day dispatch?

Our cut off time for same day dispatch for UK deliveries is 4pm, but DigitRx orders have an extended cut off time of 7PM Monday to Thursday and 6PM on Fridays if you spend over £495!‎ (Subject to T&C's ).

The cut off time for International orders (any order for delivery outside of the UK) is 2pm.

What is DigitRx?

DigitRx is our innovative online prescription service, providing our customers with the complete ordering experience. Customers ordering through DigitRx no longer need to post original prescriptions, can pay at the time of order and are able to place their orders quickly and efficiently online.

What delivery services do you offer and what are the prices?

We offer many delivery services with a variety of couriers. Please refer to our carriage page for our full range of delivery services.

What are the prices of your products?

We can only present you with this information when you provide us with your valid registration number (GMC or GDC) or pin (NMC) as we only advertise our prices to healthcare professionals.

However, once you have registered on our website you will be able to view the prices for all of our products. You can check prices through the store link or alternatively you can download a copy of our latest price list in the resources page. If you prefer, we can post a price list to you, please fill out the enquiry form on the Contact Us page.

Can I order refrigerated items on a Friday for delivery on Monday?

No. Please note that all refrigerated goods have a maximum 24 hour transit period in order to ensure the safety and quality of the product. We do offer the option for Saturday deliveries.

What are the maximum quantities that can be ordered on prescription?

On a prescription for a named patient, the prescriber should order the exact quantities to treat that patient, ideally within a 3 month period.*

Any excess stock required for clinic use should be ordered on a signed/stock order.
*We reserve the right to limit quantities on prescriptions.

Can a healthcare professional with a valid registration number order prescription only medicines?

A healthcare professional (who is not a prescriber) may add prescription only medicines to their orders only if they have a valid prescription for that named patient, signed and dated by a registered prescriber who has had a recent face-to-face consultation with the patient.

Prescribers are responsible for ensuring that the products prescribed are safe and appropriate for that patient and original copies of prescriptions must be received by Church Pharmacy within 72 hours.

What is Church Pharmacy's return policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons we do not allow the return of medicines and medical aesthetic products. We kindly request that you open and check all the contents of your order
upon receipt.

Any issues must be reported to our Customer Services team within 48 hours of delivery with full details of the discrepancy by telephone on 01509 357 300 or by filling out the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. If a return is accepted for a damaged or faulty product by Customer Services, please ensure that the agreed returns method is followed and the item is returned as received. Your statutory rights are not affected.
