Our wonderful dispenser Jerry, is raising funds to support his sister who has been diagnosed with a rapidly progressive illness and desperately needs a kidney transplant. She has been on dialysis for the past 9 years and has developed extensive osteoporosis, anaemia and diminished eyesight. She is hoping to undergo a kidney transplant operation and has been told that it could reverse all her symptoms and give her a chance to live a normal life. However, it is an extremely expensive procedure and Jerry’s family need to raise £45,000 before summer to be able to afford it.
