Introducer

• Must have an active Church Pharmacy account.
• Must be an active PCA Skin stockist.
• Only one credit voucher will be issued per referral however, you can refer as many times and you wish.
• You cannot refer a current PCA Skin stockist even if they are an inactive stockist.
• You will only receive your credit voucher if the referral completes the referral form in full, places their opening order, pays for their opening order and the opening order is dispatched.
• If referred practitioner cancels/returns their opening order, Church Pharmacy will reclaim any rewards given to both the referee and referring account holders.

Referral

• A new PCA Skin practitioner is classed a customer who has never bought any PCA Skin professional items from Church Pharmacy on their own account.
• Referral customer cannot be part of an existing PCA Skin stockists clinic.
• A credit voucher of £100 will only be applied to the account once relevant opening order has been placed and dispatched.
• New PCA Skin practitioner must attend a full PCA Skin regional training day to be applicable for the referral program.
• Referral form must be completed in full on the training day to be applicable for this scheme.
• If referral cancels/returns their opening order, Church Pharmacy will reclaim any rewards given to both the referee and referring account holders.

General

• Church Pharmacy & PCA Skin UK reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this scheme at any time and without notice.
• New PCA Skin practitioners can only be referred once. In the event that a referral is referred more than once, only the first person to refer will be eligible for the reward.
• The credit voucher cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for cash.
• In the event of a payment plan being used for the opening order, the credit voucher will only be available after 1st payment instalment has been made. The credit voucher cannot be used against any subsequent payment plan instalments.
